What is VektraTool?
VektraTool is a set of 84 free online tools for everyday tasks: getting a photo or signature under a form’s size limit, making a passport photo, working out a loan, a discount or a percentage, and counting or cleaning up text. They are grouped into image, calculator, text and utility tools.
Is VektraTool free to use?
Yes. Every tool is free, with no account, no daily limits and no watermarks. Limits for a single job, such as the largest image a tool accepts, are stated on that tool’s page.
Are my photos, files and text uploaded anywhere?
No. The tools run in your web browser, so photos, files and text are processed on your own device and are not sent to a server. The privacy policy explains what the site itself does record, such as standard hosting logs, and which optional cookies are only used if you allow them.
Do the tools work on a phone, or offline?
Yes. The tools work in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers. Pages you have opened before can load again without a connection. Two limits come from the browsers themselves: converting HEIC photos needs Safari, and iPhones and iPads can’t save WebP files. The tools say so when this applies.
Who runs VektraTool?
VektraTool is run by Akmal Ali, an individual based in Lahore, Pakistan, who builds the tools and writes the guides. The site launched in September 2026. The postal address and email are on the contact page.
How do you check that the results are right?
Calculations, file handling and error messages are covered by automated tests. Calculator pages show the formula and a worked example, so you can check an answer yourself, and file-size targets are measured on the saved file, counting 1 KB as 1,000 bytes. If something looks wrong, report it on the contact page.
