VektraTool provides free online tools that run in your web browser. The site is operated by Akmal Ali, trading as VektraTool, House No.178, Patiala House, G.O.R. - I, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time, and we do not guarantee that any tool will always be available.

Using the tools for anything unlawful, including generating or modifying content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or personal privacy.
Deception, Phishing & Fraud
Using generated links, shortcodes, or QR codes to mislead, impersonate individuals or organizations, execute fraud, or distribute deceptive phishing material.
System Disruption & Unauthorized Access
Attempting to disrupt, overload, inject malicious payloads, bypass rate limits, or gain unauthorised access to the site, hosting servers, or upstream infrastructure.
Bulk Scraping & Competing Replicas
Scraping, crawling, or copying the site’s content, user interface, or design assets in bulk to operate a competing service or commercial clone.

Age eligibility, court response windows, contract notices, or statute of limitations dates should be verified against relevant municipal codes.

Passport photos, signature scans, and compressed files must adhere to the exact current technical specifications of the receiving authority.

The site’s design, text and code belong to Akmal Ali or the licensors of the open-source software it uses, which remains under its own licence. Files you create with the tools are yours.

The site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

We may block access from people or automated systems that break these terms, for example by overloading the site, and we may stop offering the site or any tool at any time.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.
