1. The service

VektraTool provides free online tools that run in your web browser. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time, and we do not guarantee that any tool will always be available.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you use with our tools. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive your content. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use, convert or modify any file you process.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the tools for anything unlawful, including creating content that infringes others’ rights
  • Use generated links or QR codes to deceive people, for example for phishing or fraud
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
  • Scrape or copy the site’s content or design in bulk to operate a competing service

4. Results and accuracy

We work to make every tool accurate, but results are provided “as is”. Always check important results, such as dates for legal deadlines, percentages for financial decisions, or file requirements for official applications, against the relevant official source. See our disclaimer for details.

5. No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the site and tools are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Third-party services and links

Some features link to third-party services, such as WhatsApp. The site may also show advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites and services.

8. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and code belong to VektraTool or its licensors. Files you create with the tools are yours.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

  • Needed for the site to work and to remember choices you make, such as this cookie choice and your light or dark theme. These cannot be switched off.

  • Help us understand which tools are used and whether they work, so we can improve them. Analytics never includes the files or text you put into tools. Not currently used on this site.

  • Lets Google personalise the ads you see based on your activity on other sites. Switched off, you still see ads, but they are not personalised; Google may still use cookies to limit how often you see an ad, prevent fraud and measure ads. Not currently used on this site.

  • Remember optional settings between visits, such as tool options you want kept, beyond what is strictly needed. Not currently used on this site.
