Mathematical Precision & Rounding
Formulas handle zero divisors, negative inputs, and floating-point precision bounds to prevent standard JavaScript rounding anomalies.
Official Submissions & Deadlines

2. Health: The BMI, BMR and Body Fat Calculators
BMI is a screening measure for adults, not a diagnosis. It doesn’t distinguish muscle from fat or show where fat is stored, and the cut-offs differ for some ethnic groups, during pregnancy and for children and teenagers, who need age- and sex-specific charts. The BMR Calculator gives an estimate from the Mifflin–St Jeor equation, and its daily calorie figures use rough activity multipliers; the Body Fat Calculator uses the U.S. Navy tape-measure equations. None of these is a measurement. Results are general information, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or another qualified health professional about your weight or health.
Screening, Not Diagnosis
BMI evaluates statistical weight-to-height ratio. It does not measure body composition, visceral fat, or overall cardiovascular health.
Muscle vs. Adipose Tissue
Athletes and individuals with high lean muscle mass may be classified as overweight or obese despite low body fat levels.
Demographic & Physiological Nuances
Standard WHO cut-offs differ for some Asian populations. Results do not apply during pregnancy or fluid retention conditions.
Children & Teenagers
Young people undergo rapid growth changes and require age- and sex-specific CDC/WHO percentile growth curves rather than adult formulas.

3. Money: Loan, Interest, Tax, Discount & Margin Calculators
The EMI, simple interest, compound interest, tax, discount, profit margin, break-even, unit price and tip calculators give estimates from the numbers you enter, using the standard formulas shown on each page. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they are not an offer of credit. Real loans and savings accounts can differ because of fees, rounding, changing rates, day-count rules and local regulations, and tax depends on rules the calculator doesn’t know. Check the figures with your lender, bank, tax authority or a qualified adviser before you make a decision.
Banking Fees & Compounding Schedules
Commercial institutions may compound interest daily, monthly, or quarterly, and frequently incorporate origination fees, processing charges, and insurance.
Day-Count & Calendar Conventions
Real financial agreements often utilize specific day-count conventions (such as 30/360 or Actual/365) which introduce minor variations from simple monthly formulas.
Local Tax Regulations & Deductions
Sales tax, VAT, and income tax depend on complex regional laws, tiered brackets, itemized exemptions, and local filing statuses unknown to a static calculator.

Estimates produced by the loan, EMI, savings goal, ROI, salary, depreciation or margin tools do not constitute an offer of credit, commercial proposal, or formal financial advice.

4. Image and File Processing Tools
Compression and conversion change your file. Compressing an image reduces its quality, and converting to JPG removes transparency. Always keep your original file. File-size limits on other websites may be measured differently (for example 1 KB = 1,000 or 1,024 bytes), so check the requirements of the site you are uploading to.
Irreversible Quality Trade-offs
Lossy compression (JPEG, lossy WebP) selectively discards high-frequency pixel data to reduce bytes. Once compressed, removed detail cannot be reconstructed.
Transparency & Alpha Channels
Converting transparent PNG or WebP images to JPG will replace all transparent pixels with a solid white or black matte background.
Decimal vs. Binary File Sizes
Some websites measure 1 KB as 1,000 bytes (SI decimal), while others measure 1 KiB as 1,024 bytes (binary IEC). Check target portal submission rules.
Best Practice: Always maintain an untouched master backup copy of your original high-resolution photos and documents before compressing, resizing, or converting them.

5. Passwords, Strength Checking & Hashes
Passwords are generated with your browser’s cryptographically secure random number generator. How secure a password is in practice also depends on how you store and use it. We recommend using a reputable password manager. The password strength checker gives an estimate based on common patterns; it can’t know whether a password has appeared in a data breach, so a good score is not a guarantee. Hashes from the hash generator are for checking that data is unchanged, not for storing passwords.
Browser CSPRNG Generation
Passwords are generated using window.crypto.getRandomValues(), ensuring cryptographically secure local entropy without server transmission.
Password Manager Recommendation
How secure a password is in practice depends on unique reuse prevention and encrypted storage. We strongly recommend using a reputable password manager.
Heuristics vs. Data Breaches
The strength checker evaluates algorithmic entropy and dictionary patterns; it cannot know if a phrase was exposed in a breach, so high scores are not guarantees.
Integrity Checksums, Not Storage
Hashes from the hash generator (SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512) verify file and string integrity. They are not intended for storing passwords, which require slow salted hashes.

6. Passport Photos, Signatures & Form Uploads
The passport photo maker uses the sizes in the official specifications linked on its page, and the signature and compress-to-size tools make files that meet the pixel and size limits you enter. The authority or website you submit to decides whether a photo or signature is accepted: lighting, background, expression, glasses, print quality and its own rules are your responsibility. Check the official requirements before you submit or print.
Dimensional Compliance
The passport photo maker and signature resizers conform to exact pixel, millimeter, and file-size constraints entered or linked from official specifications.
Biometric & Environmental Acceptance
Acceptance is decided exclusively by the receiving government agency or visa portal. Lighting, shadows, neutral expressions, headwear, and glasses remain your responsibility.
Print DPI & Substrate Quality
Physical submissions must comply with specific print resolutions (typically 300+ DPI on photo-quality paper). Test lab prints against official criteria.
Official Guidelines Prevail: Always inspect the authoritative government passport portal (such as the US State Department, UK HM Passport Office, or relevant embassy) before paying for printing or final submission.

7. QR Codes & WhatsApp Links
Test generated QR codes and links before printing or sharing them widely. The WhatsApp link generator checks that a phone number is correctly formatted, but it cannot confirm that the number is registered on WhatsApp.
Pre-Print QR Verification
Camera lenses, printed contrasts, surface reflections, and scanning distances influence barcode readability. Always scan printed test proofs on multiple physical smartphones before commercial print runs.
WhatsApp Registration Validation
Our generator validates international E.164 country code and digit formats client-side. It does not query WhatsApp servers to verify account registration, message delivery, or recipient privacy settings.
