1. Who is responsible
VektraTool is run by an individual, not a company. The controller responsible for this website and for the processing described here is:

2. Data you enter into tools
All tools on this site process your input locally in your web browser. This includes images and files you select, text you type or paste, dates and numbers, generated passwords, phone numbers and messages.
No server uploads
Your files and text are not uploaded to our servers. All processing happens entirely inside your browser tab.
No storage or copies
We do not store, view or keep copies of your input or results. Everything stays under your direct device control.
Session ephemeral
Results exist only in your browser tab until you download them or close the page.
Third-party handoff note: When you use the WhatsApp link generator and choose to open the generated link, you are sent to WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies from that point.

3. Technical information needed to deliver the site
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (“Vercel”). Like any website, when your browser requests a page, Vercel automatically processes technical information.
This information is needed to deliver pages, keep the service secure and diagnose errors. Server logs are kept only for a limited period, set by Vercel, for these purposes.

5. Analytics
Google Analytics 4 Implementation
We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited), to understand how the site is used, for example which tools are opened and whether they complete successfully.
Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow analytics cookies, and you can withdraw that at any time. When it runs, it sets the cookies listed in our cookie policy and sends usage information, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and the events above, to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
How long analytics data is kept
We have set Google Analytics to keep user-level and event-level data, the data linked to the analytics cookies, for up to 14 months. For user-level data, the 14 months restart each time the same browser visits again, so data about a returning visitor is kept until 14 months after their last visit. Google then deletes it automatically, though not necessarily on the exact day the period ends.
This setting does not apply to aggregated reports, such as the total number of visits to a page, which don’t identify individual visitors and are kept by Google Analytics under its own rules. Google may also keep certain data for other purposes, such as security or legal obligations, as its own policies describe.

6. Advertising
Google AdSense Disclosures
We plan to fund the site with Google AdSense, Google’s advertising service. Ads are not switched on yet; this section describes how they will work. Ads are labelled and kept apart from tool controls and results.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Google and its partners may also use cookies or similar technologies to limit how often you see an ad, measure ad performance and detect fraud. Ads are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Your Advertising Choices & Opt-Outs
Personalised ads are only shown if you consent to them. If you do not, Google may still show non-personalised or limited ads; our cookie policy explains the difference. Once ads are switched on, consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland will be collected by Google’s certified consent message.

7. Contacting us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we keep the correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose.
Mail to our address is received by Cloudflare Email Routing, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which forwards it to the mailbox we read it in. Cloudflare processes the message to deliver it; see the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases for processing:

9. International data transfers
VektraTool is operated from Pakistan. If you email us, your message passes through Cloudflare Email Routing (see section 7) and is read in Pakistan. Vercel and Google may process the technical information described above in other countries, including the United States. These countries may not offer the same level of data protection as your own.
Vercel states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to it and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and that it uses standard contractual clauses or other appropriate legal mechanisms for transfers. Google describes the safeguards it uses for international transfers at policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks.

10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Because the tools do not send your input to us, we generally hold no personal data about you beyond the technical information described above and any emails you send.
