Third-Party Licences

The open-source software, fonts and images VektraTool uses, and the licences they come under.

Software

Next.js, the framework the site is built with: MIT licence.
React and React DOM, the user-interface library: MIT licence.
qrcode-generator, encodes the QR codes in the QR Code Generator: MIT licence.
zxcvbn-ts (core and common language package), rates passwords in the Password Strength Checker: MIT licence.

The MIT licence allows use, copying and modification as long as the copyright notice and the licence text are kept; each project’s repository holds its full licence. The image, PDF, ZIP and calculator code on VektraTool is the site’s own.

Fonts

Inter, used for body text: SIL Open Font License 1.1. The font files are served from this site, not from Google.
Manrope, used for headings: SIL Open Font License 1.1. The font files are served from this site, not from Google.

Images

The measured examples and the “Try a sample photo” button use a photo published under CC0 (public domain dedication) on Wikimedia Commons. The sample is a smaller copy without its camera and location data. Logos, icons, screenshots and diagrams are VektraTool’s own.
